No, each adult over the age of 18 years old that will be residing in the home will need to submit a separate application. 

That is a great question! We do require a completed and approved application before we schedule a showing. This is due to time spent showing properties to individuals only to find out later on that they don't qualify through income, credit, etc and it was not only wasteful for us but them as well. 

We do our very best to take accurate photos and a walk through video of our homes so anyone interested can get an accurate feel for the home.  

We will gladly transfer your application to a different Hawkeye property and an additional application fee would NOT be charged.
